Christy Klein

CREDENTIALS: MSN, MBA, RN, CEN, NEA-BC

Christy has more than 15 years of experience as a nurse executive, emergency nurse and nurse consultant. She has practiced in both large academic medical centers and critical access hospitals. Christy received her master’s degree in nursing leadership from East Carolina University and her MBA from Pfeiffer University. She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), North Carolina Nurses Association (NCNA) and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AANCL). Christy has facilitated presentations on improving patient satisfaction scores in a Level I emergency department at the national Press Ganey Conference as well as the use of leadership principles to transform the culture of a Level I emergency department. She currently serves as the clinical services leader/CNO at Alleghany Health in Sparta, NC.
