Technical Support

If you are experiencing issues playing a presentation, try a different internet browser. In many cases, this can resolve most issues. If you are attempting to play presentations at your facility, its firewall may prevent streaming presentations from playing. If this is the case, contact someone in the IT/IS department or your administrator to report the issue. Please provide them with the IP addresses and domain names listed below. Providing this information to IT/IS will allow them to “white list” our servers to allow streaming content to safely pass through their firewall.

Anti-Virus Issues

Personal anti-virus software can also block presentations from playing. Add the domain names below to the exception list within the software’s properties.

Knowledge Base

Platform Version 7x
