CREDENTIALS: MSN, PMHNP, MSEd

Melody received her BSN from Oregon Health & Science University and her MSN from the University of Kansas. She has worked in behavioral health for the past several years, currently in an outpatient behavioral health clinic as a PMHNP. Her patients have ranged in age from young children to the elderly. Prior to working in behavioral health, she worked in maternity, school nursing and pediatric phone advice. Before she became a registered nurse, she worked as a health educator for non-profit organizations. She is excited to bridge education with her nursing background to help train nurses for ANCC credentialing.
