Casie Brim

CREDENTIALS: MS, ACNP-BC, CCRN

Casie Brim is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the only ACS-verified Level 2 trauma center in northeastern Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with her Acute-Geri NP and completed her Master of Nursing Education at the University of Oklahoma. Casie was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau with each degree. She is currently pursuing her DNP at the University of South Alabama with plans to graduate in August 2017.

Casie began her nursing career in a surgical ICU and managed trauma, neuro and cardiovascular surgical patients. She has also worked as an organ procurement coordinator for Oklahoma’s organ procurement organization. In addition, she was the clinical educator for three years in a neuro, trauma, surgical ICU before taking her current role as Nurse Practitioner. Casie is extremely supportive of the nursing profession and uses real-life experience and humor to teach the latest standards of care.
